The Calypso® Mango August 2026 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on August 10, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM PST and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Calypso® Mango (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor may be reached by email at Calypsomangousa@perfection.com.au during the Promotion Period.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age at the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or independent contractors of Sponsor, or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor Entities”), or to members of the immediate family (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or persons living in the same household as any such employee or independent contractor.
Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by signing up for the Calypso® Mango Newsletter at https://calypsomango.com/newsletter/. Each completed newsletter sign-up will result in one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant personally. If any entrant attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, logins, or any other method, Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to deem any or all of that entrant’s entries void and/or to disqualify that entrant. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be submitted and received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries (“Entries”) received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within approximately 7 days after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry, approximately within 7 days after the random drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email as directed by Sponsor within 7 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to within the specified time period, or returned as undeliverable, may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”).
The prize is one (1) Calypso® Mango Prize Package, which includes: one (1) box of Calypso® Mangoes and one (1) mango cutter, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $60.00 USD. The total ARV of all prizes is $60.00 USD, based on the one (1) total prize that will be awarded. There is a limit of one (1) prize per entrant. Substitution, assignment, or transfer of a prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of equal or greater value. All other expenses associated with prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. All federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if required by law.
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules and to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time. If Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Sweepstakes any individual who, in Sponsor’s discretion, has (a) tampered with the entry process or undermined the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices; (b) engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor; or (c) attempted or intends to attempt any of the foregoing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, the Sponsor Entities, and all other companies involved in the development, operation, or marketing of the Sweepstakes or the provision of any prize or any component of any prize, and the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing, and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind that the entrant ever had, now has, or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or use of any prize or any component thereof, including any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities (a) relating to any personal injury, death, or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person; or (b) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or publicity, copyright infringement, misappropriation, defamation, or violation of any other personal or proprietary right.
