Want to know if your Calypso® Mango is just right? Gently press the beak end — that’s the rounded tip opposite the stem. If it gives slightly to your thumb, it’s good to go!
If it feels too soft, it’s overripe but still perfect for purées or smoothies. If it’s still firm, give it a day or two to ripen at room temperature.
